Echipa de marketing folose\u0219te AI pentru texte sau imagini. Un chatbot r\u0103spunde vizitatorilor de pe site. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.one-it.ro\/blog\/agenti-ai-pentru-imm-uri-de-la-chatgpt-la-automatizarea-proceselor-de-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">agent AI<\/a> \u00eencepe s\u0103 preia leaduri, s\u0103 genereze r\u0103spunsuri sau s\u0103 automatizeze pa\u0219i dintr-un proces intern.<\/p>\n<p>Toate acestea pot aduce eficien\u021b\u0103. Dar ridic\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva \u00eentreb\u0103ri pe care companiile nu le mai pot am\u00e2na: ce instrumente AI folosim, cu ce date, cine verific\u0103 rezultatele \u0219i unde este nevoie de control uman?<\/p>\n<p>AI Act, regulamentul european privind inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, vine exact \u00een acest context. Nu blocheaz\u0103 folosirea AI-ului, dar cere mai mult\u0103 claritate, transparen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i responsabilitate acolo unde sistemele AI pot influen\u021ba oameni, decizii sau procese de business.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru companii, subiectul nu ar trebui tratat ca o simpl\u0103 obliga\u021bie juridic\u0103, ci ca un moment bun pentru a face ordine \u00een modul \u00een care folosesc AI.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce este AI Act?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI Act este regulamentul european care stabile\u0219te reguli pentru dezvoltarea, introducerea pe pia\u021b\u0103 \u0219i utilizarea sistemelor de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 \u00een Uniunea European\u0103. Comisia European\u0103 \u00eel prezint\u0103 ca primul cadru juridic cuprinz\u0103tor dedicat inteligen\u021bei artificiale, construit pe o abordare bazat\u0103 pe risc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ideea de baz\u0103 este simpl\u0103: nu toate utiliz\u0103rile AI au acela\u0219i impact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un instrument AI folosit pentru redactarea unui email nu ridic\u0103 acelea\u0219i probleme ca un sistem AI care poate influen\u021ba recrutarea, evaluarea angaja\u021bilor, accesul la servicii, acordarea unui credit sau alte decizii care pot afecta direct oamenii.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">De aceea, AI Act clasific\u0103 sistemele AI \u00een func\u021bie de risc \u0219i stabile\u0219te obliga\u021bii diferite \u00een func\u021bie de modul \u00een care sunt folosite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pentru o companie, \u00eentrebarea nu este doar \u201efolosim sau nu AI?\u201d, ci mai ales \u201ecum \u00eel folosim?\u201d.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">De ce conteaz\u0103 pentru companii?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Multe firme folosesc deja AI f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eel trateze ca pe un proces intern clar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">De exemplu, AI-ul poate ap\u0103rea \u00een companie prin:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>aplica\u021bii de productivitate;<\/li>\n<li>instrumente de redactare \u0219i traducere;<\/li>\n<li>solu\u021bii de marketing;<\/li>\n<li>chatboturi pe site;<\/li>\n<li>automatiz\u0103ri pentru v\u00e2nz\u0103ri sau suport;<\/li>\n<li>platforme CRM sau ERP cu func\u021bii AI integrate;<\/li>\n<li>solu\u021bii de analiz\u0103 documente;<\/li>\n<li>agen\u021bi AI conecta\u021bi la email, formulare, baze de date sau aplica\u021bii interne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Folosite corect, aceste solu\u021bii pot economisi timp \u0219i pot simplifica activitatea echipelor. Folosite f\u0103r\u0103 reguli, pot crea probleme: date confiden\u021biale introduse \u00een aplica\u021bii nepotrivite, r\u0103spunsuri neverificate, informa\u021bii inventate, lips\u0103 de transparen\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de clien\u021bi sau decizii influen\u021bate de AI f\u0103r\u0103 suficient control uman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI Act vine \u00eentr-un moment \u00een care companiile trebuie s\u0103 treac\u0103 de la testare la utilizare responsabil\u0103.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">C\u00e2nd se aplic\u0103 AI Act?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pentru companiile care folosesc deja inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, data important\u0103 este <strong>2 august 2026<\/strong>. De la aceast\u0103 dat\u0103 se aplic\u0103 majoritatea prevederilor AI Act, regulamentul european privind inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI Act a intrat \u00een vigoare la 1 august 2024, \u00eens\u0103 aplicarea lui este etapizat\u0103. Unele prevederi sunt deja aplicabile:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>din 2 februarie 2025 se aplic\u0103 obliga\u021biile privind AI literacy \u0219i interdic\u021biile pentru anumite practici AI considerate cu risc inacceptabil;<\/li>\n<li>din 2 august 2025 se aplic\u0103 regulile pentru modelele AI de uz general \u0219i partea de guvernan\u021b\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>din 2 august 2026 se aplic\u0103 majoritatea prevederilor AI Act;<\/li>\n<li>pentru anumite sisteme AI cu risc ridicat sau integrate \u00een produse reglementate, aplicarea este etapizat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2027\u20132028, \u00een func\u021bie de categorie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, pentru o companie care folose\u0219te AI \u00een activitatea curent\u0103, subiectul nu mai este unul \u201ede urm\u0103rit pe viitor\u201d. Este momentul potrivit pentru un inventar clar: unde folosim AI, cine \u00eel folose\u0219te, cu ce date, \u00een ce scop \u0219i ce reguli interne avem.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce tipuri de risc prevede AI Act?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI Act folose\u0219te o abordare bazat\u0103 pe risc. Cu c\u00e2t un sistem AI poate avea un impact mai mare asupra oamenilor, cu at\u00e2t obliga\u021biile sunt mai stricte.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Practici AI interzise<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI Act interzice anumite practici considerate cu risc inacceptabil. Printre acestea se num\u0103r\u0103 manipularea d\u0103un\u0103toare prin AI, exploatarea vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bilor, social scoring, anumite forme de recunoa\u0219tere a emo\u021biilor la locul de munc\u0103 sau \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i alte utiliz\u0103ri care pot afecta drepturile \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bile persoanelor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pentru majoritatea IMM-urilor, acestea nu sunt utiliz\u0103ri obi\u0219nuite. Totu\u0219i, direc\u021bia este important\u0103: AI-ul nu trebuie folosit pentru manipulare, discriminare sau evalu\u0103ri abuzive ale oamenilor.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Sisteme AI cu risc ridicat<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sistemele AI cu risc ridicat sunt cele care pot influen\u021ba domenii sensibile: recrutare, managementul angaja\u021bilor, educa\u021bie, servicii esen\u021biale, scoring de credit, infrastructuri critice, aplicarea legii sau administrarea justi\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pentru companii, zona de HR este una dintre cele mai importante. Un AI folosit pentru redactarea unui anun\u021b de angajare are un nivel de risc. Un AI care sorteaz\u0103 CV-uri, evalueaz\u0103 candida\u021bi sau influen\u021beaz\u0103 decizia de angajare este altceva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aici este nevoie de mult mai mult\u0103 aten\u021bie: verificare uman\u0103, documentare, trasabilitate \u0219i grij\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de riscul de discriminare.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Sisteme AI cu obliga\u021bii de transparen\u021b\u0103<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Exist\u0103 situa\u021bii \u00een care AI-ul poate fi folosit, dar oamenii trebuie informa\u021bi c\u0103 interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu un sistem AI sau c\u0103 un anumit con\u021binut a fost generat ori modificat cu AI. Articolul 50 din AI Act reglementeaz\u0103 obliga\u021biile de transparen\u021b\u0103 pentru anumite sisteme AI, inclusiv pentru sisteme care interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu persoane sau genereaz\u0103\/manipuleaz\u0103 con\u021binut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un exemplu simplu: dac\u0103 un client discut\u0103 cu un chatbot AI pe site, trebuie s\u0103 fie clar c\u0103 discut\u0103 cu un sistem automat, nu cu un operator uman, cu excep\u021bia situa\u021biilor \u00een care acest lucru este evident din context.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pentru companii, aceasta este una dintre cele mai practice zone ale regulamentului. Chatboturile, asisten\u021bii virtuali \u0219i anumite con\u021binuturi generate cu AI trebuie g\u00e2ndite cu transparen\u021b\u0103 de la \u00eenceput, nu corectate ulterior.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Sisteme AI cu risc minim<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Multe utiliz\u0103ri obi\u0219nuite ale AI intr\u0103 \u00een zona de risc minim: asisten\u021b\u0103 la redactare, rezumarea unor texte, func\u021bii de productivitate, filtre de spam, recomand\u0103ri simple sau instrumente interne f\u0103r\u0103 impact direct asupra drepturilor unei persoane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Chiar \u0219i aici, compania ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 reguli de baz\u0103. AI-ul poate gre\u0219i, poate inventa informa\u021bii \u0219i poate prelucra date sensibile dac\u0103 utilizatorul nu este atent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen iunie 2026, Comisia European\u0103 a publicat \u0219i recomand\u0103ri practice pentru transparen\u021ba con\u021binutului generat cu AI. Pentru companii, mesajul este simplu: dac\u0103 AI-ul este folosit pentru imagini, video, audio sau materiale publice, trebuie verificat dac\u0103 este nevoie ca utilizatorii s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 acel con\u021binut a fost generat sau modificat cu AI.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 AI literacy pentru o companie?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">AI literacy \u00eenseamn\u0103 ca oamenii care folosesc AI \u00een companie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 ce fac aceste instrumente, unde sunt utile \u0219i unde pot ap\u0103rea riscuri.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Articolul 4 din AI Act prevede c\u0103 furnizorii \u0219i utilizatorii de sisteme AI trebuie s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri pentru a asigura un nivel suficient de AI literacy pentru personalul \u0219i persoanele care folosesc sistemele AI \u00een numele organiza\u021biei. Aceste m\u0103suri trebuie adaptate \u00een func\u021bie de cuno\u0219tin\u021bele tehnice, experien\u021ba, educa\u021bia, instruirea \u0219i contextul \u00een care sunt folosite sistemele AI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pe scurt, nu este suficient s\u0103 pui un tool AI la dispozi\u021bia echipei \u0219i s\u0103 presupui c\u0103 fiecare \u00eel va folosi corect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O companie ar trebui s\u0103 clarifice intern:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>ce aplica\u021bii AI sunt permise;<\/li>\n<li>ce date pot fi introduse \u00een aceste aplica\u021bii;<\/li>\n<li>ce date nu trebuie introduse niciodat\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>cine verific\u0103 rezultatele generate de AI;<\/li>\n<li>\u00een ce situa\u021bii este obligatorie aprobarea unui om;<\/li>\n<li>cum sunt folosite textele, imaginile sau r\u0103spunsurile generate de AI;<\/li>\n<li>ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd AI-ul produce o informa\u021bie gre\u0219it\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aceasta nu trebuie s\u0103 fie o procedur\u0103 complicat\u0103. Poate \u00eencepe cu un ghid intern scurt, o instruire aplicat\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva reguli clare pentru echipele care folosesc AI \u00een activitatea de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce ar trebui s\u0103 verifice o companie \u00een 2026?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Primul pas este s\u0103 vezi clar unde apare AI-ul \u00een activitatea companiei: ce instrumente sunt folosite, de c\u0103tre cine, cu ce date \u0219i \u00een ce scop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u00cenainte de politici complicate, compania ar trebui s\u0103 poat\u0103 r\u0103spunde la c\u00e2teva \u00eentreb\u0103ri simple:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Unde folosim AI \u00een prezent?<\/li>\n<li>Cine are acces la aceste instrumente?<\/li>\n<li>Ce date sunt introduse \u00een sistemele AI?<\/li>\n<li>Folosim AI doar pentru suport sau influen\u021beaz\u0103 decizii?<\/li>\n<li>Exist\u0103 interac\u021biuni directe cu clien\u021bii prin AI?<\/li>\n<li>Avem chatbot AI, agen\u021bi AI sau automatiz\u0103ri conectate la CRM, email, site sau documente?<\/li>\n<li>Exist\u0103 verificare uman\u0103 \u00eenainte ca rezultatul AI s\u0103 fie folosit?<\/li>\n<li>Avem reguli interne pentru folosirea AI?<\/li>\n<li>Echipa \u0219tie ce are voie \u0219i ce nu are voie s\u0103 fac\u0103 folosind AI?<\/li>\n<li>Putem explica, la nevoie, cum este folosit AI-ul \u00eentr-un anumit proces?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Acest inventar ajut\u0103 \u0219i dincolo de conformare. Multe companii descoper\u0103 astfel c\u0103 AI-ul este folosit fragmentat: fiecare departament testeaz\u0103 altceva, f\u0103r\u0103 direc\u021bie comun\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 integrare \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 control.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080;\">AI \u0219i securitatea datelor: partea care nu trebuie tratat\u0103 separat<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Odat\u0103 ce AI-ul intr\u0103 \u00een procesele companiei, apare o \u00eentrebare important\u0103: c\u00e2t de sigur este mediul \u00een care acest AI func\u021bioneaz\u0103?<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Un chatbot AI, un agent AI sau o automatizare nu lucreaz\u0103 \u00een gol. De multe ori, aceste solu\u021bii sunt conectate la website, formulare, email, CRM, documente interne, baze de date sau aplica\u021bii folosite de echip\u0103.
